When will my order arrive?
Each Sunday, I close out and organize the week’s orders.
If your item is made in house we aim to have orders produced within 10 days (barring backorder of supplies or other circumstance, though, in this instance we will always update you!)
If your order items that are part of a big flash sale, this may extend your order a bit.
If your item is ‘pre-order’ it will likely read “2-3wk ship” which means it will be that long for the item to ship to me. I typically sort and have them labeled same-day.
Shipping time is standard 3 business days and I always ship with tracking numbers.
Do you have a Wholesale site?
Yes! If you are looking to purchase items in bulk over a 4-week time period, please reach out to us and we will connect you to our Wholesale side of TKMLS where you will join in a very small, exclusive group of boutique owners and wholesale purchasers.
There you will be privy to the lowest prices, frequent flash sales and the most up-to-date design options. Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response using our Contact Page on our website.
How do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will automatically send to you via email (and text message if you have opted). The tracking number will send to you as soon as the shipping label has been purchased and generated/printed. Please allow 24-48 business hours from that timeframe for the tracking number to update on your end (that timeframe will allow the package to be assembled, curried to our local Post Office and processed by the lovely folks there).
When will my product ship?
In short: ASAP.
There isn’t a definitive answer that encompasses all items. However, as a rule of thumb, we aim for in-house items to be shipped within 10 days and Pre-Orders 2-3 weeks.
If there is a Flash Sale or an unexpected amount of volume, please allow for an additional few days. We will update on our FB group if there are delays. If your particular order is delayed, you will be notified by e-mail and if you follow us on Facebook you’ll likely get a message there, too!
What if I haven’t received my shipment?
If you have not received your tracking number within 2 weeks OR if you have received tracking, but it hasn’t updated within 24-48 business hours, please contact us using our contact page. This is the fastest way to get in touch with us.
If you have tracking that says in transit but is delayed or if you have an update stating that your tracking shows it has been delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to your local Post Office first. They will likely have more information than us! 💌
What if I ordered the wrong thing?
If you have ordered the incorrect item (size, color design, et cetera), please reach out ASAP! We will try our hardest to accommodate your change.
That being said, I do try to work as quickly as possible and your order can start production within 24 hours.
If you realize after receiving your items and confirming your invoice or email that you ordered the wrong item, reach out to me and we will see what we can do to accommodate getting you out the correct item for you/your customers ASAP.
What if I just received my order and it isn’t quite right?
If you received your purchase but have received incorrect items, please accept my apologies to start with and I appreciate your patience and understanding that sometimes things happen! I am a 1-woman production, but I will work as quickly as I can to get you out the correct items ASAP! Please let me know right away by sending me a message!
The color isn’t what I thought it would be. Can I exchange it?
As noted in most listings, every computer/phone/tablet screen is different, so we have some recommendations on how to avoid any disappointment if you are looking for something extremely color specific.
We try our hardest to use natural light and the most accurate imaging for you! We do not use filters or anything that would alter the image in any way that would alter its real-life color.
TIPS to make sure you pick the right color (because Lord knows sometimes there are a LOT of options!):
- I always recommend comparing the same image on your computer monitor with a phone or tablet to get an idea of how the colors do vary from device to device.
- Do a Google image search.
- We typically use Bella+Canvas tees and when we do not, the listing will let you know otherwise. You can check out their website for more images of all of their colors. If you’re not sure what shirt your design will be on, we’d be happy to help you out!
Also, when referencing designs and their coloring, each shirt is made to order and every shirt is different.
There are many factors that go into the end result of your product. Please keep an eye out for notes on differences in vinyl vs. screenprint vs. sublimation and how material blends factor into the design and the finished product. Here’s a really great primer on those factors.
As with everything in online shopping, please have some flexibility in how you shade your expectations. We use the very best materials and we are always here to help if you have any questions or need guidance in finding the right thing.
However, if you receive a shirt that is clearly the wrong color or you feel is grossly misrepresented please contact us! We will do our best to remedy the situation!
What if I don’t like my purchase?
You will. No, but really, you will. 😉
If you have received your purchase, it is in fact what you ordered and you don’t like it (there’s always a first), please use our contact page and we will see what we can do to rectify that for you! ( Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response). We always say within reason but anyone who has ever worked with me will tell you I go above and beyond in everything I can do to please my customers!
What’s your exchange and return policy?
Due to the custom, made to order nature of our items we do not currently offer exchange or returns as part of our standard policy. However, we do always strive for full satisfaction so if there is ever a situation that allows, we will do what we can do for you at our discretion. Please use our contact page to reach out to use including your order number and explain your situation as well as what item you have and what //why you are looking to exchange/return. Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response.
Do you make custom shirts?
YES! It is truly what I live for!! I love being a part of all your special moments and marking such amazing memories! For custom orders please use coordinating boxes in the website listings or for full customs please send a message using our COntact page on our website ( Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response.) When doing so, please help streamline by being as specific as possible for what you are looking for and when possible include images of inspiration of what you are thinking, include shirt colors and sizes, quantity and anything else you can think of! Custom items can tend to run a bit longer in production time for obvious reasons and sometimes can require a minimum ordering quantity and may have a slight design fee or have a different price. However, all will be discussed upfront as always before charges and production!

It takes a Tribe to keep our business running as beautifully as it does now but as far as production, I am TWO HANDS only on deck. I keep my eye and hands on every item of clothing from ordering by size and color to running designs through my machines properly sizing. From there I place, press and set every...single..shirt…!
I do not outsource, I do not have a fill in, and I do not order pre-done.
